Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, many of us have been doing more comfort eating and snacking, and over 1 in 4 of us has put on weight since the first lockdown in March 2020. Check your body mass index (BMI) to find out if you’re a healthy weight.
Extra weight puts pressure on our bodies, making it harder for us to fight against diseases. If you’re overweight, small changes every day can help you to lose weight and feel healthier. There is also plenty of support available to help.
